Who We
Work With:
DRA
works with communities experience and live under conditions
considered as abnormal by humanitarian, development and
welfare standards. Communities live in areas under
conflicts, structural food insecurity, and people live in
high proneness-to-natural disaster areas constitute bulk of
people we work with. Urban poor, conflict-affected
(Internally Displaced peoples - IDPs – living in camps – or
those still live in their traditional areas), transhumance,
pastoralists and other vulnerable groups (women, children,
the disabled, youth, elderly etc) rank high in the
orgnisation’s attention and priority work list.
Also, DRA
works in partnership and collaboration with a variety of
government institutions, UN agencies, INGOs, SCOs, CBOs and
NGOs. In this way, DRA has a wide range of network in order
to maximise coordination, attain effectiveness and ensure
participation... |
